DStv Diski Challenge: Fixtures, dates & where to watch

Here are all the dates, matches and results for the PSL Reserve League

Kaizer Chiefs saw their good start in the DStv Diski Challenge (DDC) come to an end on matchday 3 when they were beaten 1-0 by TS Galaxy on Sunday September 21.

Chiefs had opened the season with back-to-back wins to move top of the table but the setback against Galaxy allowed others to close in and overtake them.

Mamelodi Sundowns have now taken command of the table following their 5-2 hammering of Durban City also on Sunday and are level on points with Orlando Pirates, who beat Chippa United on Saturday September 20.

Both Sundowns and Pirates are on seven points, with the young Brazilians top of goal difference, while Chiefs are in fifth place and among five teams on five points, same as Stellenbosch FC, AmaZulu, Richards Bay and Galaxy.

Meanwhile, Sekhukhune United and Orbit College won their first games of the season when they beat Golden Arrows 3-0 and Marumo Gallants 1-0 respectively.

WHEN WILL THE NEXT MATCH TAKE PLACE?

Chiefs will seek to bounce back to winning ways when they host AmaZulu FC on Sunday September 28 at the FNB Stadium while Orlando Pirates have a chance to stay joint top as they welcome Galaxy, who surprised their Soweto rivals.

Sundowns will be at home to Richards Bay while Stellenbosch visit Durban City on a weekend when Magesi FC, Siwelele FC, Golden Arrows, Chippa United will be looking to record their first wins of the season.

WHERE TO CATCH THE ACTION

SuperSport is the primary carrier of games on the DStv platform. Of the 66 games scheduled, at least 30 will be televised. Some will take the form of live shows, while others will be broadcast on a delayed basis, depending on channel scheduling.

In an effort to give exposure to the young players, and allowing their communities to follow their journeys, experience and triumphs, MultiChoice is giving community TV channels on its DStv platform the opportunity to broadcast the games live.
