DStv Diski Challenge: Fixtures, dates & where to watch

Here are all the dates, matches and results for the PSL Reserve League

Kaizer Chiefs maintained their perfect start to the season in the DStv Diski Challenge when they won back-to-back games following a 3-2 victory against Stellenbosch FC on Sunday September 14.

Chiefs faced off with 2023-24 champions Stellenbosch in what was the top fixture of the weekend and came out on top after winning the five-goal thriller.

The Glamour Boys look to have picked up from where they left off last season when they won their maiden PSL Reserve League title and have started their title defence in fine fashion.

Victory saw Chiefs tie on six points with Richards Bay and they are the only two sides yet to lose a match.

Meanwhile, Orlando Pirates won their first match of the season following a 1-0 triumph over Siwelele FC on Saturday September 13 while Mamelodi Sundowns also secured victory, a 3-1 result against Marumo Gallants.

The other teams that won were Amazulu FC and Richards Bay, who beat Sekhukhue United and Magesi 2-1 and 1-0 wins respectively.

Orbit College and Polokwane City, meanwhile, played out a goalless draw on Sunday.

WHEN WILL THE NEXT MATCH TAKE PLACE?

Chiefs will look to continue their winning run against TS Galaxy on Saturday August 20 while Pirates are at home to Chippa United on the same day.

Stellenbosch will want to get back to winning ways when they host Richards Bay on Sunday September 21, the same day Sundowns welcome Durban City.

WHERE TO CATCH THE ACTION

SuperSport is the primary carrier of games on the DStv platform. Of the 66 games scheduled, at least 30 will be televised. Some will take the form of live shows, while others will be broadcast on a delayed basis, depending on channel scheduling.

In an effort to give exposure to the young players, and allowing their communities to follow their journeys, experience and triumphs, MultiChoice is giving community TV channels on its DStv platform the opportunity to broadcast the games live.
