‘Mamelodi Sundowns take our position back from toothless Chairman FC, Orlando Pirates! Start Saleng & Zwane’

Mamelodi Sundowns will host Marumo Gallants on Tuesday night in the Premier Soccer League fixture to be staged at the Loftus Versfeld Stadium.

This will be a massive game for the defending champions who are aware that a win will open a two-point gap between them and current leaders Orlando Pirates. The latter have 48 points from 21 outings while Masandawana have collected 47 after 20 matches.

This will be the third time the two teams are meeting this season across all competitions. None has won the lat two in regulation time. The initial PSL fixture ended 1-1 before Gallants knocked Sundowns out of Carling Knockout in the penalty shootout.
