OFFICIAL: Wydad Casablanca confirms decision on Rulani Mokwena’s future

Wydad Casablanca have officially parted with South African coach Rulani Mokwena in less than a year since the latter joined.

Mokwena took the reins at the Moroccan club at the beginning of the season after he parted company with Mamelodi Sundowns ahead of the start of the current campaign.

However, his season with Wydad was somewhat inconsistent, leading to groups of fans calling for his sacking.

The club has now announced that the former Masandawana tactician leaves the club with his technical team.
