Mamelodi Sundowns made a shocking move a couple of days ago, bringing on board Monnapule Saleng from Orlando Pirates.
The 27-year-old fell out with the Bucanneers which led to his loan move to the Premier Soccer League newbies Orbit College FC. The South Africa international has played for then during his time in a lower tier.
With the second half of the league coming, the Nedbank Cup and the CAF Champions League assignment, Saleng has a massive quality that will be valuable for Masandawana.
Benedict ‘Tso’ Vilakazi, has now opined the number of goals the Bafana Bafana attacker is bringing to the Brazilians. The Masandawana legend has full confidence on the versatile attacker who played a crucial role during his time at Bucs under the then coach Jose Riveiro.

“I think there’s one thing a lot of coaches always miss is having player management. I think he needs a coach that will manage him before we expect good things from the boy in the field. I think they still need to get him.

“They need to understand him, and he needs to understand where the team and where the coach are coming from, the players what is it that they want and where the team wants to move.
“I still believe in the boy strongly. Maybe he will give us 10 goals and with time maybe 15,” he concluded.
