South African site Stellenbosch FC are keeping tabs on former Orlando Pirates defender Olisa Ndah following his departure from the Soweto giants in the recent transfer window.
The Nigerian centre-back is currently without a club after parting ways with the Buccaneers and is now attracting interest from teams in the Premier Soccer League.
IdIskitimes reported that the Maroons are “assessing” the former Pirates defender after his exit in the recent transfer window.

However, Ndah’s agent, Mike Makaab, has clarified that the Cape Winelands outfit is not just formally assessing the defender.
But, with a view to an immediate transfer. As a result, their focus is on his physical condition after a spell on the sidelines.

“Not assessing, purely looking at his level of fitness and wellbeing,” Makaab exclusively told Afrik Foot South Africa when asked about Stellies’ involvement.

When further questioned on whether that could lead to a potential move and if clubs have begun making enquiries about Ndah’s availability, the agent responded: “Yes.”
The 28-year-old only recently left Orlando Pirates after mutually agreeing to terminate his contract in search of regular playing time.

Injuries limited his involvement over the past year, and he did not feature this season as younger defenders emerged in the squad.
The former Akwa United and Remo Stars defender is now a free agent and is understood to be working on regaining full match fitness, with interest beginning to surface from clubs monitoring his situation ahead of a possible return to action.
