Ever since Carling became the sponsor of the Knockout Cup last year, Mamelodi Sundowns striker Iqraam Rayners has received the most man of the match awards.
The Man of the Match in the Carling Knockout Cup is chosen by fans and the winner receives R100,000.
The 28-year-old striker, Rayners scored a brace when Sundowns hammered Kaizer Chiefs 4-0 in the quarter-final at the FNB Stadium.
He was voted the man of the match, getting his first this season while it was his fifth since the inception of the competition last season.
He got the other four when he was at his previous club Stellenbosch who are the holders of the Carling Knockout.
