Kaizer Chiefs are set to play Orbit College on Wednesday in the Premier Soccer League to be staged at the FNB Stadium.

The Glamour Boys are still hopeful of challenging defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates.

The PSL newbies are hoping for a positive result in their bid to retain their status in the South African top-flight football.

Recent Form and Head-to-Head Record

Amakhosi ended their five match winless run in domestic competition with a deserved 1-0 win over Durban City on Friday, July 31. They will now be hoping to get their third victory in a row across all competitions.

The Mswanko Boys have won their last two games in the league, for the first time ever in their PSL history so far.

Kaizer Chiefs are set to be without the suspended Inacio Miguel and striker Khanyisa Mayo who is nursing a hamstring injury.

Co-coach Khalil Ben Youssef has also revealed the situation of some players who are nursing injuries, “About [Rushwin] Dortley and Given Msimango, Dortley still, maybe in two weeks, will be back with us to start training. But Given is part of the team and he is ready. Now we are building his fitness. When he is ready, we will introduce him.

Katlego Mkhabela was sent off in Orbit College's win over Magesi FC and will miss the game. Kobamelo Setlhodi is expected to fill his void.
