Kaizer Chiefs have been warned that the race for the CAF inter-club competition will not be as easy as some may think.
Currently, just five points separate third-placed AmaZulu and Durban City who are sixth with 32 points. With the round of 22 beckoning, many teams fancy their chances of competing at least in the CAF Confederation Cup.

However, the Glamour Boys, who have two matches at hand, are seen as the favourites to finish behind the current top two sides, defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns and traditional rivals Orlando Pirates.
The Glamour Boys legend Arthur Zwane has helped Usuthu to collect 37 points from the 22 games played, alongside Sekhukhune United who have an inferior goal difference.
Kaizer Chiefs warned it is going to be tough
Zwane, who has managed to help Amakhosi push for the top positions, is happy with what his team has so far achieved, and insists they will be pushing for the CAF Confederation Cup ticket.

“It’s going to be tough; it’s going to be tough trust me. It’s not going to be easy for anyone, and we are still going to cancel each other as well,” Mangethe, as he is commonly known, told the media.
“So yeah, it makes life very, very difficult but it’s part of our journey. We just have to embrace it. We have to enjoy the pressure and overcome it.”
“You know there’s nothing bad about this opportunity right now. We put ourselves in this situation and we are going to have now raise our hand and show that we are equal to the task,” he concluded.
After beating Polokwane City by a solitary goal on Saturday, AmaZulu will now turn their attention to the game against Babina Noka, a fixture that might determine the position they will finish.
