Ndamane opens up after impressive debut
Mamelodi Sundowns defender Khulumani Ndamane has opened up about being trusted in high stake matches despite being a newcomer at the club.
Ndamane officially joined Sundowns during the January transfer window, having initially signed for the Tshwane giants at the beginning of the campaign before remaining at TS Galaxy on loan.
The defender went on to make 22 appearances across all competitions—featuring 13 times in the Betway Premiership and nine times in the CAF Champions League. He played a pivotal role in helping Sundowns secure the coveted CAF Champions League title, lifting the first major trophy of his professional career.
“Playing in the Champions League and being trusted to feature in such important matches so soon after my arrival was very encouraging, especially because I am still young,” he told Mamelodi Sundowns Magazine.
