Orlando Pirates suffered their second Premier Soccer League loss this season on Tuesday night against Marumo Gallants.

Having lost by a solitary goal against Sekhukhune United last weekend, the Sea Robbers were keen on getting their first win of the 2025/26 season, but Gallants claimed a 2-1 win to go top of the table with maximum points from two matches.
