Orlando Pirates starlet Relebohile Mofokeng has opened up after his heroics as his side downed Al Ahly in Cairo, Egypt.

The Buccaneers downed Ahly 2-1, collecting maximum points away from home to end the CAF Champions League group stage at the summit of the table.

Progression to the knockout stages was already secured for both teams, but the group's top spot was still up for grabs.

Speaking after the match, Mofokeng, who scored the first goal for the Soweto giants, said they were confident they were going to win against Ahly while he acknowledged the tough challenge of playing the Club of the Century in their backyard.
