Where to watch Kaizer Chiefs vs Siwelele: Carling KO TV channel, livestream & kick-off time

Kaizer Chiefs are set to host Siwelele in the Carling Knockout game to be played on Sunday at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane.

This is a vital fixture for the Glamour Boys’ technical team and everyone associated with the club, especially after failing to perform well in the MTN8, and the CAF Confederation Cup.

In the Premier Soccer League, Amakhosi have been disappointing as they continue to struggle for consistency as opposed to their rivals Orlando Pirates and current leaders Mamelodi Sundowns.

Siwelele’s recent run

Continued struggles for the club led to the changes in the technical team, leading to the removal of ex-Orlando Pirates star Lehlohonolo Seema. Godfrey Mosoetsa came in on an interim.

Siwelele have managed a single win, in regulation time, from the last five outings where they have also lost twice and shared the spoils twice as well. As a matter of fact, they have that one victory from the recent 10 games.

To make the quarter-finals, they beat Polokwane 4-3 in the penalty shootout following a goalless draw in regulation time.

The Sunday meeting will be the fourth time the teams will be playing each other across all competition.

Last season, they met twice in the Premier Soccer League; Amakhosi were held to a goalless draw before Siwelele beat them 2-0 away in the second one.
