P Management, representing Orlando Pirates star Monnapule Saleng, has broken its silence on the left-winger's situation.
The agency's statement addresses the months-long absence of Saleng, who has been consistently linked with a move away from the Buccaneers.
Since the 2022/23 season, under coach Jose Riveiro, Saleng has been a crucial player for Pirates.
Reports indicate that the Sea Robbers declined approaches from overseas clubs for the North West native, aiming to sell him for a higher fee in the future.
Despite this, Saleng reportedly has no desire to sign a new contract and wishes to depart Ezimnyama Ngenkani when his current deal expires in June.
In response to swirling speculation, P Management has issued a statement confirming “significant issues” exist at the heart of their professional relationship with Saleng.
However, they emphasised that they are dedicated to achieving an “amicable resolution.”

“We are aware of the ongoing speculation surrounding our client, Monnapule Saleng,” reads P Management Sport’s statement.
“While we have refrained from making public comments due to the sensitive and confidential nature of the matter, our silence should not be misconstrued as an endorsement of the narrative being presented against him.
“This matter involves significant issues at the core of the employer-employee relationship that require resolution. Our client remains committed to addressing these matters through the appropriate legal and professional channels.
Given the confidentiality of the matter, we will not be engaging in further public discussions.
“Our priority remains to act in our client's interests while advocating for a fair and amicable resolution. We trust that the proper processes will lead to an outcome that serves the best interests of all parties involved.”
