Bafana fans react to new kit – ‘Kaizer Chiefs players will have to buy; we are winning World Cup’

Bafana Bafana’s new kit has received positive reviews from fans across South Africa.

The South African Football Association (SAFA) and Adidas launched the 2026/27 away jersey for both Bafana Bafana and Banyana Banyana at a festive event held in Sandton, Johannesburg on Friday.

Fans descended on the Adidas Sandton store in numbers to catch a first glimpse of the striking green jersey and the new home kit of striking yellow and green stripes has also been unleashed.

With Bafana Bafana set to wear it at the 2026 World Cup and Banyana Banyana donning it at the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, there is excitement around the country.
