Defending Premier Soccer League champions Mamelodi Sundowns secured a vital 1-0 win over Stellenbosch on Wednesday night at the DHL Cape Town Stadium.

It was a sweet revenge for Masandawana who were eliminated from the MTN8 by Stellies a couple of months ago. The win opened a three-point gap between Sundowns – who are on 24 points and second-placed Orlando Pirates.

The Wednesday victory was Miguel Cardoso's second win in as many matches after taking over from Manqoba Mngqithi. Have a look at what the Masandawna fans said after the win.
