Arrows booked their quarterfinal spot with a thrilling 3–1 comeback win over Sekhukhune United at King Zwelithini Stadium.

After trailing at halftime, they turned the game around with goals from Jerome Karelse, Ayabulela Maxwele, and Ayanda Jiyane.

TS Galaxy edged Orbit College 1–0 in extra time, with substitute Mehdi Ouamri scoring the decisive goal in the 109th minute after a tense, goalless 90 minutes.

Gallants, who have shown flashes of brilliance in cup competitions, will host a Stellenbosch team that continues to grow in stature.

Gallants stunned Mamelodi Sundowns in a dramatic 7–6 penalty shootout after a goalless 120 minutes. Veteran goalkeeper Washington Arubi was the hero, saving three penalties and scoring the winner.

Stellenbosch held Kaizer Chiefs to a 0–0 draw at DHL Stadium before winning 5–4 on penalties. Substitute goalkeeper Sage Stephens saved two spot-kicks to send the Cape side through.

Orlando Pirates vs Magesi

Arguably the headline fixture of the round, Orlando Pirates, one of the tournament favourites will take on defending champions Magesi FC.

The Buccaneers left it late to beat Siwelele FC 1–0 at Orlando Stadium, with centre-back Mbekezeli Mbokazi scoring a thunderous long-range winner in the 87th minute after Evidence Makgopa missed an early penalty.

Magesi kept their title defence alive with a dramatic 3–2 win over AmaZulu. After surrendering a 2–0 lead, Kgomotso Mosadi’s deflected free-kick in the 90th minute sealed the win.

Richards Bay vs Durban City

This coastal derby adds a regional flavour to the quarterfinals.

Richards Bay thrashed Chippa United 4–1 at uMhlathuze Stadium. Knox Mutizwa scored a brace, with Ntlonelo Bomelo and Lundi Mahala adding the other goals in a dominant performance.

Fezile Gcaba was the star as Durban City beat Polokwane City 4–1 in extra time. The defender scored a stunning hat-trick, including two goals in extra time, to mark a memorable debut in the competition.
