Kaizer Chiefs have denied reports that they are interested in Chippa United forward Bienvenu Eva Nga.
Chiefs have been claimed to be among clubs looking at the Cameroonian forward whose time at Chippa United is coming to an end this month.
Eva Nga managed three goals in 28 games for the Chilli Boys in the just-concluded campaign but that has not stopped suitors from expressing an interest in the former Orlando Pirates striker.

However, Chiefs have distanced themselves from the 32-year-old even as they look for attacking reinforcements to improve coach Nasreddine Nabi’s squad.
“I would like to state that those rumours are completely false and not true. We have never spoken to Mr Nga or his representatives,” Chiefs head of recruitment Tera Maliwa told SoccerBeat.
Maliwa’s comments go in line with earlier reports on Wednesday which suggested the reported Chiefs interest in Nga is not true.
“No, not at this stage, that’s not the move you can expect. There was a possibility of that in the past but not at this moment,” a source told Soccer Laduma.
Which strikers are Chiefs looking for?

Chiefs are reported to be looking for strikers beyond the borders with Congolese Fiston Mayele, who plays for Egyptian club Pyramids, and Kenyan captain Michael Olunga, now a free agent after leaving Qatari club Al Duhail, among names that have been mentioned.
“Chiefs are focused abroad for attacking players at the moment. I haven’t heard anything about the player you are mentioning,” another source told Soccer Laduma.
Nga played for Pirates between 2022 and 2024 but managed just one goal before returning to Chippa where he had played for a couple of years from 2020-2022 before the move to the Soweto giants.
Chiefs are already creating room for new strikers following the release of Ranga Chivaviro while the future of Tashreeq Morris remains uncertain.
