“Makgalwa was featured in three out of four matches, contributing significantly to the team's attacking prowess, including scoring a crucial goal and providing an assist. His dynamic play and creativity were instrumental in Sekhukhune's unbeaten run during the month.

“Makgalwa edged out strong competition from his teammate, goalkeeper Renaldo Leaner, who kept two clean sheets, and Stellenbosch FC midfielder, Sanele Barns, who also put up an impressive performance in April.”

“Makgalwa was recognised alongside his coach, Eric Tinkler, who was voted Coach of the Month. Under his guidance, Sekhukhune United concluded the month of April unbeaten, recording three wins and a draw,” PSL announced.

“Tinkler orchestrated impressive victories over Cape Town City (2-1), Polokwane City (2-0), and Orlando Pirates (1-0), as well as a hard-fought 1-1 stalemate against TS Galaxy. These results propelled Ba Bina Noko into the top three bracket of the Betway Premiership.”

“Kaizer Chiefs forward, Glody Lilepo, claimed the Goal of the Month award for his spectacular solo effort at home against Marumo Gallants on 26 April.

“The Congolese international’s impressive dribbling past three opponents before unleashing a powerful shot into the top corner edged out strong competition from Kamogelo Sebelebele's impressive strike for TS Galaxy against Magesi FC, as well as Thulani Gumede’s curler from the edge of the box against Cape Town City,” the PSL concluded.
