Mamelodi Sundowns have been dominating the Premier Soccer League for a decade now, winning the title nine times, with eight coming in a row.
They have also been a force to reckon with on the continent where they have have won the CAF Champions League, CAF Super Cup and the African Football League as well.
Masandawana are known for their appetite for quality players who can make them competitive.

Last season, the South Africa heavyweights reached the CAF Champions League final and were among the four teams from Africa who competed in the 2025 World Cup played in the United States and won by Chelsea.
Former Barcelona and Arsenal star lauds Sundowns
Former Cameroon international Alex Song who also played for Barcelona and Arsenal, has expressed his admiration for the way the club is being run, insisting they deserve to be where they are.

This season, Sundowns are hoping to go all the way and win the Premier Soccer League, although they face stiff competition from Orlando Pirates. They are also aiming at securing the Nedbank Cup as well as the CAF Champions League.
