What Is the Goldrush Promo Code?

The promo code for Goldrush is GAFRT, and it gives you multiple deposit matches up to R25,000 + 300 free spins across your first four deposits after registering in October 2026.

Welcome Bonus	Minimum Deposit	Wagering + Max Payout
1st Deposit – 100% up to R10,000 + 100 Free Spins	R25	30x turnover. R50,000 max payout
2nd Deposit – 75% up to R3000 + Free Drink & R250 in-store Free Play	R25	30x turnover. R15,000 max payout
3rd Deposit – 100% up to R5000 + 50 Free Spins	R50	25x turnover. R25,000 max payout
4th Deposit – 100% up to R10,000 + 150 Free Spins.	R50	25x turnover. R50,000 max payout

While the Goldrush slots bonus offers a huge payout, we find the wagering requirement is incredibly steep, especially for an offer that expires after less than a week. However, remember that welcome bonuses like this are meant to be fun. We recommend new players avoid making big-money deposits.

Unfortunately, this operator currently doesn’t offer a sports welcome bonus like the Hollywoodbets R25 bonus. Still, you can use this promo code on the mobile app. Check out the Goldrush app download guide for more information.

First Deposit Bonus

Once you sign up for a Goldrush account wth our promo code and make the minimum qualifying R25 first deposit, the bookmaker will match your deposit 100% up to a maximum of R10,000. You will also receive up to 100 free spins on Gates of Olympus. You must wager the bonus funds 30x before withdrawing, and the Free Gates of Olympus Spins are valid for 2 days after being issued, which is much shorter than the wagering window we completed for our 100 Firstbet free spins, which also allows more variety of eligible slots. The maximum withdrawable winnings from the first deposit bonus is 10x the bonus amount, up to a maximum of R100,000. This offer expires 7 days after registration.

Second Deposit Bonus

With our Goldrush promo code, you’re also eligible for a second deposit match of 75% up to R3,000. This bonus also comes with a Free Drink and R250 in-store Free Play at the Goldrush Gaming establishment closest to you, excluding the Western Cape and Free State. Like the first deposit bonus, this bonus requires a minimum deposit of R25 to claim and has a 30x wagering requirement. However, you can withdraw up to R15,000 using the bonus.

Third Deposit Bonus

The Goldrush casino bonus code also gets you a 100% match up to R5000 + 50 Free Spins on Gates of Olympus on your third deposit. The wagering requirement is 25x the amount, and you can withdraw up to R25,000 from the bonus. To qualify, you must deposit at least R50.

Fourth Deposit Bonus

On your fourth deposit after registering with our Gold Rush promo code, GAFRT, you also get a 100% match up to R10,000 + 150 Free Spins. You need to make a minimum deposit of R50 to claim, and you must turn over the bonus 25x before you can withdraw any winnings (capped at R50,000).

Bonus Terms and Conditions

After analysing the rules for the Gold Rush welcome bonus promo code for South Africa, we’ve provided the most important terms you need to know before claiming this offer:

• Account Eligibility: The bonus applies to newly registered users in South Africa aged 18 and over who make their first deposit.
• Game Restrictions: The deposit match bonus only applies to Slots.
• Sequential Progression: You must complete the rollover for each deposit step before activating the next.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: You cannot withdraw funds while the bonus is active.
• Bonus Cancellation: If you manually cancel the bonus, Goldrush will not give you back those funds.

How to Use the Goldrush Sign Up Bonus

To clear your bonus balance and transfer your winnings into real withdrawable cash, you must fulfil the wagering requirements. Understanding how these calculations work will help you plan your sessions effectively.

100% First Deposit Match

Let’s say you deposit R50 on your first transaction.

1. The operator gives you a matching R50 bonus balance.
2. A 30x rollover applies: R50 x 30 = R1,500 in total bets on eligible slots.
3. You can spin at R5 per bet, which requires 300 total spins (R1,500/R5) within 7 days.

Once you meet the R1,500 threshold, any remaining bonus funds up to the 5x limit transfer automatically to your main account balance.

Expert Tips to Clear the Bonus

1. Plan Your Bonus Wagering Ahead of Time

Goldrush enforces a strict 7-day expiry from the minute your bonuses are credited. Calculate how many spins you need per day to complete the wagering target before making a deposit to avoid losing progress.

2. Use Your Free Spins Immediately

Free spins on Gates of Olympus expire after just 2 days (48 hours) after being credited. Open the game as soon as you get the spins to use them before they disappear.

3. Focus on Low-to-Medium Slots For The Deposit Matches

While free spins are tied to Gates of Olympus, avoid wagering your deposit matches on this slot because it’s a high-volatility game. High-volatility games can drain a small bonus quickly before you hit payout. Playing low- to medium-volatility games like Blood Sucker will keep your balance alive longer for you to meet the wagering.

Compare Goldrush Promo Code to Others

We compared the Goldrush bonus against some of the best betting sites in South Africa.

Bookmaker	Goldrush	BetOlimp	Hollywoodbets	Gbets
Promo Code	GAFRT	BOLAF	HOLLYFOOT	None
Sports Welcome Bonus	N/A	100% Match up to R3,000	R25 Sign Up Bonus	R50 Free Bet + 100% Match up to R5,000
Casino Welcome Bonus	Up to R25,000 (4 deposits) + 300 Free Spins	100% Match up to R3,000 + 250 Free Spins	50 Free Spins	Up to R16,000 (4 deposits) + 50 Free Spins
Minimum Deposit	R25 – 50	R50	No Deposit Required	R25
Wagering Requirements	25x – 30x (Slots)	40x (Casino) / 7x (Sports)	10x (Spins) / 1x (Bonus)	30x (Casino) / 1x (Sports)
Expiry	7 Days	7 Days	24 Hours	370 Days
Max Bonus Winnings	R100,000	R10,000	R1,200	R10,500

Your choice should depend entirely on your preferred games. Goldrush is the clear winner for high-stakes casino players, offering a huge R25,000 ceiling and an incredible R100,000 payout cap that dwarfs the competition. However, the 30x wagering requirement and 7-day expiry mean you need to be prepared for a high-intensity “turnover” period to clear the funds.

For casual punters or those testing the waters, Hollywoodbets is a top recommendation because it requires no deposit. While the R1,200 payout limit is lower, playing without risking your own capital is a significant advantage. Meanwhile, the Gbets bonus code offers a strong middle ground with a sports free bet, free spins and huge deposit matches for sports and casino that last over a year.

More Goldrush Promotions for Existing Users

There is no Gold Rush promo code in 2026 for existing players in South Africa. Instead, you can take advantage of the following ongoing promotions:

Promo	Details
Daily Cashback	Up to 10% cashback on net losses up to R3,000+ on slots (Gold Reels) every 24 hours.
Multi-Bet Win Boost	Starts at 3% (for 2 legs) and goes up to 600% (for 50+ legs) on soccer accumulators.
2 Goals Up	Cash out early when your chosen team is winning by 2 goals.
Amusnet Jackpot Cards	A randomly triggered four-level progressive mystery jackpot across 4 Amusnet casino games.
MyGold Loyalty App	A 7-tier rewards program where activity gives you more points for the Loyalty Store

Goldrush Daily Cashback

With this bookmaker, you get 10% cashback daily on your net losses of R3,000 or more. The cashback applies to casino games only and is calculated over 24 hours from 00:00 to 23:59. Eligible cashback is credited automatically to your account the following day between 10:00 and 11:00.

Multi Bet Bonus Boost

Enjoy up to a 600% boost on your multiple bet slip when you place bets on 2 or more sports. The more legs you add, the higher the site’s bonus boost. There are no restrictions on which sports you can bet on, but each selection must have odds of at least 1.30. This is one of the biggest ACCA bonuses available.

2 Goals Up Early Payout

A standout feature for soccer specialists. If the team you backed to win goes ahead by two goals at any point in the match, you can cash out your bet immediately, regardless of the final result. Based on our testing, this is available on the top five European leagues (Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Ligue 1) and the PSL, effectively eliminating the risk of a late-game comeback ruining your accumulator.

Amusnet Jackpot Cards

Any real-money spin on Amusnet games can randomly trigger the Jackpot Cards bonus game after a round. Once activated, a pick field of 12 face-down card appears. You need to match three identical card suit symbols (Clubs, Diamonds, Hearts or Spades) to collect the corresonding live jackpot pool balance to your cash wallet. Higher base stakes increase your chances of winning. Notably, Goldrush is currently the only casino in SA offering this type of bonus.

MyGoldrush Loyalty App

The operator runs a standalone loyalty app accessible at MyGoldrush.co.za or via the Apple App Store. The system tracks activity across seven distinct tiers, starting at Gold (0 points) and progressing through Castle, Knight, Bishop, Queen, King, and Grand Master (50,000 points). You collect loyalty points by completing specific missions, placing sports bets, making deposits, or climbing event leaderboards.

These points hold no cash value but convert into free spins or bonuses within the Loyalty Store. The app also features gamified elements like digital badges, interactive achievement maps, and “Spin the Wheel” rewards. All operations run on encrypted systems fully integrated with your main account.

Reasons to Use the Promo Code for Goldrush

The Goldrush sign-up bonus is currently one of the largest available in terms of total monetary value. For more information on the bookmaker, including its features, sports and casino offerings, check out our Gold Rush review.

Here are the 3 reasons we recommend this offer:

R25,000 Total Value Across Four Deposits

Unlike competitors that offer a single one-off bonus, the promo code provides a “Welcome Journey” that covers your first four deposits. This structure allows you to claim up to R25,000 in match bonuses. We noted that the 100% match on the first deposit up to R10,000 is particularly aggressive, as most local bookmakers cap their opening offers at R1,000 or R5,000. For a similar welcome offer with a high bonus match, check out the Apexbets welcome bonus.

300 Free Spins Customer Journey

This bookmaker has pivoted toward a “gamified” onboarding process. Beyond the deposit matches, you can unlock up to 300 Free Spins on the popular Pragmatic Play title, Gates of Olympus. Most bookmakers we have reviewed offer free spins ranging from 25-100.

High Payout Caps for Bonus Play

A common iGaming pitfall is the restrictive “max win” limit on bonuses. Goldrush offers a more player-friendly cap of 10x the bonus issued, reaching up to R100,000 for the first deposit bonus. According to our team’s benchmarking, this is significantly higher than many other operators, which cap bonus winnings between R1,000 and R10,000 regardless of deposit size.

Punters looking for a higher new-player offer can use the Bet.co.za promo code, which lets you claim bonus funds up to R1,000,000.

Customer Support

Goldrush offers 24/7 support if your promo code doesn’t work or if you run into registration or FICA issues.

• Live Chat: Available via the chat bubble at the bottom left of the screen.
• Email: [email protected]
• Phone: 077 098 4222

When we reached out via Live Chat, they told us the only welcome offer available right now is for casino games.

Expert Verdict on Goldrush Promo Code

A standout feature of this promotion is its generous structure, rewarding your first four deposits with matched bonuses up to R25,000. Few South African betting sites offer a welcome package of this scale. So, this bonus exceeds expectations. It’s certainly worth signing up and using GAFRT – if anything – to at least claim the free spins on offer.

This bookmaker suits both rookies and experienced bettors. The promotions on offer suggest a focus on giving players a great experience from sign-up through the first few months. The sports and markets available are highly popular among South Africans, so anyone who enjoys online betting will enjoy the Goldrush experience when they register with the GAFRT promo code.
