Chiefs vs Royal AM: What they said
Against Richards Bay, Sibongiseni ‘Ox' Mthethwa, Pule Mmodi and Ashley du Preez got rare starts and played a crucial role, “I am very happy with the players that started, especially Ashley. His confidence will be boosted going forward,” he conceded.
“Ox had an unbelievable performance and Mmodi did his job very well but we believe that they can do better.
Royal coach John Maduka is disappointed with the fact that he will be missing his striker Sera Motebang who was sent off against Arrows.
“It is a huge loss; a big blow to have someone like Sera suspended for a game against Chiefs but this gives other players the opportunity to also raise their hands.”
