Coach Manqoba Mngqithi will be playing against Kaizer Chiefs as the head coach for the 21st time across all competitions on Saturday.
Mngqithi will be leading Mamelodi Sundowns in the Premier Soccer League after taking over from Rulani Mokwena who is now the Wydad Athletic Club head coach. After a rocky start to the 2024/25 domestic campaign that saw his team getting eliminated from the MTN8, the 53-year-old has managed to turn the fortunes around.
