Kaizer Chiefs collected maximum points on Wednesday night to go second on the Premier Soccer League table.

Glody Lilepo scored the only goal of the match to help the Soweto giants collect their third win in a row across all competitions.

The result ensured the Glamour Boys have 30 points from 15 games, two less than leaders Mamelodi Sundowns and one more than third-placed Orlando Pirates, who will be in action on Saturday.

Watching Kaizer Chiefs is now becoming a danger even to my home appliances. Just imagine I will have to be on my way to small claims court just to put a claim against Kaizer Chiefs for my TV screen after it was cracked by Glody Lilepo’s thunderous strike –  Siya Thomas WaleKhosi

One thing about Kaizer Chiefs is that they will beat you with a 1-0 margin, giving you hope that you can equalise until the end – Lukhanyo Mzini

If you don’t want to say ‘clean sheet,’ just say Brandon Petersen –  Boichoko Chokii Maphumolo

While Kaizer Chiefs were preparing to move up the table, Orlando Pirates were busy renaming their tavern to Sipho Mbule’s favorite beverage – Becky Ndlovu Nilombe

You are sleeping on Ndlovu!

You don’t know how they play, how, or when they attack! When will they score! But what I can promise you is, they will win; No Al, just pure Kaizer Chiefs – Ontiretse Tumisho Manyetsa

Lilepo was crossing the ball. He didn’t mean to score. It’s a mistake goal – Sphiwe Andrew

I told Marumo Gallants to just email us our three points so we can move on with much more important fixtures. But they chose to sweat first before handing them over – Demo De Musiqa Msomi

I used to be worried or scared about a 1-0 lead, but it’s the new plan. We’re now the new prime Athletico Madrid – Mclouis Masengu

You guys are sleeping on Ndlovu, the guy changed the whole game. And he’s the one who won the ball and assisted Lilepo. Ndlovu is our key player. His combination with Maboe is the best – Shakes Mbedzi
