Five Nedbank Cup Round of 32 matches were played on Saturday in the country across different venues.

The biggest of them all was between the Golden Arrows and Chippa United in Mpumalanga. Here are the teams that have secured their place in the Round of 16 alongside Marumo Gallants.

Golden Arrows 1-2 Chippa United

The Chilli Boys sealed their place in the Nedbank Cup's Round of 16 after a hard-fought 2-1 win away against Arrows.

Sinoxolo Kwayiba opened the scoring in favour of the visitors at the Mpumalanga Stadium in the 71st minute, before Brandon Theron equalised four minutes later.

However, the latter was unlucky to turn the ball into his net in the 77th minute to give Chippa the Round of 16 ticket.

Lerumo Lions 0-2 Durban City

At the Olympia Park in Rustenburg, second-tier leaders Durban City needed two strikes to eliminate Lerumo Lions from the annual competition.

Siphamandla Nzunza scored the first goal for the visitors after 20 minutes.

The Lions were caught napping a minute after the pause, and Lindokuhle capitalised on the opportunity to make it 2-0.

Umvoti 0-3 Baroka

Baroka beat Umvoti 3-0 at the Harry Gwala Stadium to advance to the next phase.

Tshepo Mashiloane, Clyde Combi and Bonginkosi Makume claimed a goal apiece to send Baroka through.

Venda 1-3 Cape Town Spurs

The Urban Warriors silenced Venda at the Thohoyandou Stadium to seal progress to the next round.

Keenan Bezuidenhout opened the scoring for Spurs in the 14th minute before Jarrod Moroole doubled the advantage in the stroke of half time.

The third goal came in the 65th minute courtesy of Therlo Moosa to ensure his team has a place in the last 16.
