Suzuki Motor Corporation, the proud sponsor of Orlando Pirates, has expanded its footprint in African football by signing a landmark agreement with the Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF).
The deal makes Suzuki an Official Global Partner for four major CAF competitions, including the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Morocco 2025, the CAF Women’s Africa Cup of Nations Morocco 2026, the CAF Champions League 2026/27, and the CAF Confederation Cup 2026/27.
The agreement was signed in Hamamatsu, Japan, by CAF General Secretary Véron Mosengo-Omba and Yusuke Kato, Managing Officer and Executive General Manager, Automobile Marketing, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Suzuki Motor Corporation.
Suzuki’s partnership with Orlando Pirates has already strengthened its presence in South African football, with activations that connect fans to the brand through matchday experiences and community initiatives.
