Mamelodi Sundowns youngster Kulwano Letlhaku scored a brace, thanks to two assists from Arthur Sales, to help the Premier Soccer League defending champions beat Orlando Pirates 2-0 on Wednesday.

It was a vital win for Masandawana, who are now three points behind league leaders Orlando Pirates, who have won all seven of their games so far.

The Brazilians fans were impressed with the way their team played despite the wholesale changes made by coach Manqoba Mngqithi. Have a look at what they said after the match.

Letlhaku could have scored four

I can now confidently admit, the coach is truly a mastermind, a classic coach. I love the way he plays around with the depth and quality that we have in our squad, the way he displays an unpredictable match day first 11 team game after game. It blows my mind –  Tumi Jackson

Notice how Marcelo Allende creates his own space to receive the ball? That guy would literally stand right next to the corner flag so that Ronwen Williams or any defender would be able to pass him the ball. He's an awesome midfielder –  Mzwandile Zulu

Orlando Pirates are celebrating seven wins in a row, and Mamelodi Sundowns have 7 league titles in a row while Kaizer Chiefs have 7 points – Manqoba Dlamini

Letlhaku could have scored four today but it's okay he will learn and improve – Nilma CPT

The vision of the coach is to get the club into the 2025 World Cup with fresh legs. I think all he needs from supporters is to let him give other players a chance for them to gain confidence too. Well done Sundowns – Sonny Maboho

We won’t say give us our league. We will remain humble until the last day – Luyanda Liyo Mqapheli Mabaso

Great win and it's appreciated. It's not that I'm complaining but Devine Lunga must be sold, Neo Maema must never play again until he goes to Kaizer Chief, great push from Maboe but he's not Sundowns material – Lord Bheki Mrhetjha

Some people said Polokwane City would beat Sundowns twice and I looked away – Thabiso Tlou

Pirates are for a ride, they celebrated early but PSL is a marathon. The Caf Champions League is gonna tear them apart. Let's see how long their lead runs – Breath Mathula

Let Orlando Pirates continue holding an umbrella for us, May is too far – Elvis Xolani
