Orlando Pirates striker Yanela Mbuthuma has seemingly rediscovered his form in the Premier Soccer League.
In the last four Bucs games, the 24-year-old has found the back of the net three times which is a massive improvement. As a matter of fact, the forward struggled to make an impact for the club last season after joining from Richards Bay at the start of the campaign.

Bafana Bafana coach Pitso Mosimane opted to include him in his 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying team. Mbuthuma got his chance in the 2-1 win over Guinea at the Orlando Stadium; interstingly, he provided an assist from which Samukelo Kabini scored the winner.
With the stiff competition at both the club and Bafana Bafana, former Mamelodi Sundowns striker Rodney Ramagalela has now advised the attacker on what to do to stay on top of his game.
What should Mbuthuma do to get chances

“Up to now he has done well as a striker after so many words, booing and everything,” Rama said as quoted by iDiski Times.
“He comes back in a league game and scores a goal, and that shows character. My words are that he must continue working hard because that is what earns him a spot in the starting lineup.
“And the reward to the coach is to just make sure he continues to work hard. “Whenever he gets a chance stay calm and make sure that you put the ball in the net,” he added.

Mbuthuma might be in the starting lineup on Sunday as Bafana Bafana face the Pharaohs of Egypt in an international friendly that will be played in Cairo.
