Goals on either half by Teboho Mokoena and Iqraam Rayners gave Masandawana their first MTN8 crown since 2021.

The Soweto giants have themselves to blame for failing to take chances they created including a penalty when they were trailing by a solitary goal.

Williams, prime Neuer?

Goalkeeper Ronwen Williams has been lauded by the fans thanks to his heroics when Bucs were on ascendancy. They have further suggested it wasn’t easy for Pirates to stop Miguel Cardoso in the final.
