Mamelodi Sundowns have seemingly started to re-strategise for the 2026/27 season both domestically and abroad.

In the most recent transfer window, the defending Premier Soccer League champions added Monnapule Saleng (Orlando Pirates), Khulumani Ndamane (TS Galaxy), and Brayana Leon (Indipendiente Medellin, Colombia).

Masandawana had also brought on board Fawaaz Basadien (Stellenbosch FC), Katlego Ntsabeleng (Dallas FC, Loan), Nuno Santos (Vitoria Guimaraes, Portugal), and Miguel Reisinho (Free).

However, the team has been struggling to deliver both domestically and abroad. As a matter of fact, they are at risk of ending the campaign without any silverware.

Plans to strengthen the squad

The Brazilians are now determined to beat both Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs to the services of highly rated South Africa international attacker.

“Mamelodi Sundowns have tabled a significant offer for Golden Arrows winger Siyanda Ndlovu,” iDiski Times reported.

“The 23-year-old attacker has emerged as one of the most exciting talents in the Premier Soccer League, consistently delivering impressive performances in Abafana Bes’thende colours.

Flemming Berg was drenched by irate fans.

“Sources close to the situation have informed this publication that Sundowns have now submitted a substantial offer as they attempt to lure the skilful winger to Chloorkop ahead of next season.

“His pace, creativity and eye for goal have made him a standout figure in the Arrows squad,” they added.

Ndlove has four goals and six assists for Arrows in the ongoing campaign across all competitions.
