South Africa claimed a 2-0 win against Mozambique in an international friendly game staged at the Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Tshwane.

A goal each from Sinoxolo Kwayiba and Ashley Cupido gave Bafana Bafana a win as the new call-ups made a statement in the absence of the Mamelodi Sundowns players who are busy with the Fifa Club World Cup.

Nkota deserved the Man of the Match Award; he delivered a five-star performance, creating all the goals, and never lost pace throughout the entire game. Who chose Sinoxolo Kwayiba and for what? He was poor with decision making and in front of goals – Ashley Mash

Mohau Nkota impressed here, Mbekezeli Mbokazi made an old man want to cry, forgetting it was friendly. Yanela Mbuthuma didn't raise his hand. But those boys impressed, now Hugo Broos has a real pool to choose from – Conso Baloyi
