‘Chiefs negotiating with Appollis’ parents! Pirates mean business but will still finish second’

Orlando Pirates recently confirmed the arrival of Bafana Bafana international Oswin Appollis ahead of the new season.

The 23-year-old has been a key player for Rise & Shine since joining them in July 2023. He was also a target for Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns before the Sea Robbers convinced him to join them.

Now, I’m pleased. I saw this guy when playing against Sundowns in his first season, and I said Pirates are going to sign him. Boom! They did; he is a thorn in the defense. At least Mofokeng got a replacement here – Os Kae
