Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Nkosingiphile Ngcobo has been advised to keep his feet on the ground and maintain his consistency after his good performance on Sunday.
Ngcobo was among the match winners for Chiefs when they beat Stellenbosch FC 2-0 in their opening match of the season as he scored the first goal for the Glamour Boys.
The midfielder curled in a brilliant freekick after 15 minutes and was a constant threat throughout as he got a rare start for Chiefs at the Athlone Stadium.

Former Chiefs defender Mokete Tsotetsi believes the 25-year-old has the potential to produce even more but he has to maintain a high level of consistency if he needs to keep his place in the team.
“He has been at Chiefs for quite some time. He got promoted and he showed promise. Sometimes with quality players, they can start well, and then they fade a bit, and consistency is a bit of a concern,” Tsotetsi said as quoted by Soccer Laduma.
“But you learn along the way. He has started well, so hopefully he has seen where he lacks and see how he can manage his consistency and give us good performances because he is one player who can do well for the team.

“My message to him is that he should keep working hard and we should see more. He has started well, so he must keep on working. This is his time to shine and get more game time at Chiefs.”
Ngcobo has an opportunity to continue impressing and perhaps seal a permanent place in the team as Chiefs host Polokwane City in their second PSL match of the season on Wednesday.
The midfielder has also battled injuries during his stay with Chiefs and will be hoping to stay fit this season for a consistent run in the team.
