Esteghlal CEO Nazari Juybari has now accused celebrated South African coach Pitso Mosimane of planning his exit.
The 60-year-old left the Iranian outfit citing a breach of contract. Jingles and his agency had given the Persian Gulf Pro League some time to settle their dues, but it did not happen. The former Mamelodi Sundowns coach then opted to walk away.
However, according to Juybari, Mosimane had already made up his mind about leaving, alleging the scenario was almost the same as what had happened during his time in Al Ahli. The Saudi Football Club ended up compensating Mosimane for failing to meet their end of the bargain.
Fifa ordered Al Ahli to pay Jingles R21,3 million for their failures.
‘Esteghlal transferred money to Mosimane's account but…'

The administrator further insisted it was not the Blue Boys' fault that Mosimane was not paid on time as initially stated.
“The day I went to training, Mosimane thanked me for signing good players and strengthening the team's bench, but then he suddenly terminated his contract,” Juybari told the media in a recent interview.
“We had even transferred his money into his account. Mosimane opened an account that did not allow us to transfer more than twenty thousand at a time. He had planned for this, and he did the same thing with Al Ahli.”
Mosimane is currently a free agent, and it is interesting to see his next project after his recent troubles. With his experience, the former Bafana Bafana coach might not be out of action for too long.
