Mamelodi Sundowns coach Miguel Cardoso has been accused of spoiling former Orlando Pirates target Siyanda Ndlovu.
The South Africa international made an astonishing last-minute U-turn to snub Bucs for Masandawana in the last transfer window. The 23-year-old ex-Golden Arrows player had even done his medicals with the Soweto giants before the Brazilians came for him.

Ndlovu has not been having the same impact at Sundowns; the most recent being on Sunday in the goalless draw in the first leg of the second preliminary round of the CAF Champions League outing against Wiliete SC.
Junior Khanye, who played for Kaizer Chiefs as a winger has shared his mind regarding the usage of Ndlovu as well as the tactics employed by Cardoso.
Leave Ndlovu to be himself

“I saw Ndlovu also coming in, he’s not the same Ndlovu like when he arrived at Sundowns,” Khanye said as quoted by iDiski Times.
“Not to say he’s bad player because he knows football, but I think he’s being coached too much. Sometimes coaches need to stop over coaching players. I see he doesn’t like to take on players going wide, he uses his own creativity that Sundowns would play with wingbacks and cut inside.
“A bit of advice for the coach, can you leave the boy to be himself, you can give him instruction that when you don’t have the ball this is what you must do.

“I mean his mind has to be sharp in the final third because the boy for me doesn’t have the same spark I know him to have and not to say he’s a bad player. It’s the thing of being over coached that he’s no longer has that spark,” he concluded.
