‘He has not done badly’: Pirates legend on Nabi

A lot has been said about Kaizer Chiefs head coach Nasreddine Nabi who’s had a mixed start to his tenure at the club.

Tasked with revitalizing Kaizer Chiefs, Nasreddine Nabi made a promising start, winning the club's first three matches across all competitions.

All in all, he has won three games, lost three, and drew one.

Chiefs' recent string of poor performances has led to widespread criticism from fans and analysts across the country.

Despite recent criticism, former Orlando Pirates legend Benedict ‘Tso' Vilakazi has defended Nasreddine Nabi's early tenure as Kaizer Chiefs head coach.

VILAKAZI INSISTS NABI HASN’T DONE BADLY

“Nabi has not done badly this season. I understand he gets booked too much but it shows his passion and that he cares for the games,” said Vilakazi on iDiskiTV.

“Obviously, he won’t win the league because of [Orlando] Pirates and Sundowns, but I don’t think he has been horrible.

“He needs to buy players and strengthen his side.”
