Latest news around Kaizer Chiefs in the last 24 hours including Amakhosi were nowehere against Siwelele, why Bradley Cross and Siphesihle Ndlovu missed & more.
Chiefs were NOT THERE
Kaizer Chiefs co-coach Cedric Kaze has opened up on the side’s 2-0 loss to Siwelele FC on Wednesday night.
The Soweto giants saw their seven-game unbeaten run come to an end in Bloemfontein, with Tebogo Potsane and Sphesihle Jeza finding the back of the net for Siwelele.
“I said that it was a game of two halves, we were not there in the first half. Everything starting from the build-up, starting the offensive and defensive way, we were not there and got punished,” Kaze told SuperSport TV post-match.
“Our reaction was too late and that’s what we kept talking that we need to get over from the derby and to consult with this game because it’s going to be a tough one and we saw it.

“We went into the game very late and that’s how it happened and I think it’s one of the bigger areas we need to improve. It’s the consistency in our mindset, our behaviour and going forward.”
Where was Ndlovu and Cross in Chiefs’ loss?
Kaizer Chiefs co-coach Cedric Kaze has provided clarity on the absence of key duo Siphesihle Ndlovu and Bradley Cross during the club’s disappointing Betway Premiership loss to Siwelele FC on Wednesday night.
“Actually, we made two changes from Cross and Ndlovu. Ndlovu didn’t train in the last two days; he felt discomfort and is being assessed by the medical team. We are expecting the results tonight [referring to Wednesday night],” Kaze explained.

“Bradley Cross has had a lot of games in the last few days, so we felt that it was the right moment to do a rotation. Those were the only changes,” he added.
