‘Phili not marquee signing for Kaizer Chiefs! He runs but no skill: New era’

Kaizer Chiefs recently strengthened their Premier Soccer League squad by signing Langelihle Phili from Stellenbosch.

The 21-year-old is coming in to fill the void left by the Democratic Republic of Congo winger Glody Lilepo, who left for Al-Ahly Benghazi after serving the Soweto giants for two seasons.

However, to get his services, the Glamour Boys had to offer players and money in exchange. While a section of the fans feels the youngster will deliver, others have publicly cast doubt on the winger’s ability to consistently have a positive impact.
