Orlando Pirates and Congolese star Karim Kimvuidi has spoken out on a move, has joined Israeli Premier League side FC Ashdod on a one-year loan deal.

The 23-year-old's move was a whirlwind, as he impressed his new club in a matter of days. After training with Ashdod and participating in a Toto Cup match, his talent was undeniable, prompting the club to secure his signature quickly before other Israeli clubs could make an offer.

The deal gives FC Ashdod the option to sign Kimvuidi permanently after the season, highlighting their confidence in his potential.

Kimvuidi's tenure at Pirates saw limited playing time, making this loan move a crucial opportunity for him to gain valuable minutes and rediscover his form.

For the Congolese winger, this isn't just a temporary switch but a chance to build a new chapter in his football journey. Kimvuidi has already expressed his happiness about the move, mentioning the “warm welcome” he’s received from his new club.
