Mamelodi Sundowns could see their CAF Champions League final date switched owing to a number of concerns from the Confederation of African Football (CAF).
Sundowns are due to host Moroccan side AS FAR Rabat in the first leg in Pretoria on Friday, May 15 from 18:00 but there are concerns over whether the game will have many fans given the day and kick off time.
Reports therefore claim that CAF’s Club Competitions Committee is due to meet to thrash out some of the issues with a proposal to move the game to Saturday, May 16 or Sunday, May 17 on the table.

Sundowns will put more pressure on Orlando Pirates if they secure maximum points against Stellenbosch FC on Wednesday night as that will take them to the top of the table and still have a game in hand.
The PSL champions have played 23 games while Pirates have 25 and are on 56 points with the Soweto giants on 58 but a win on Wednesday will take them to 59 points and with another win, it would be a four-point lead with five games remaining.

Orlando Pirates legend Jomo Sono has warned Sundowns not to pin their hopes of their games in hand in what is now a tight PSL title race.
Sundowns, who are second on the log with 56 points, two behind leaders Pirates, have played two games less and will take on Stellenbosch FC on Wednesday with a win set to take them top and still with a game in hand.
However, Sono is warning that it is not guaranteed that the Brazilians will get maximum points.
“Sundowns have got two games in hand, but two games in hand doesn’t mean points. You don’t have points. You still have to go out there and fight for those points. I think it will go to the wire,” Sono told KickOff.

Mamelodi Sundowns players are leading the assist charts in the CAF Champions League heading into the two-legged final against AS FAR Rabat.
Ahead of the final, which will be played on May 15 in Pretoria and May 24 in Rabat, Sundowns’ playmaker Nuno Santos leads with five assists while teammate Aubrey Modiba is second with four.
Also on four is Aimen Abdelaziz Lahmeri of JS Kabylie and it looks like Sundowns players will take this one since there is no FAR Rabat player with multiple assists.
