‘Nabi’s Chiefs curse continues! Same sh*t, different season; tired of plumbers, bring Mosimane’

Kaizer Chiefs and Siwelele played to a goalless draw in the Premier Soccer League assignment that was staged at the FNB Stadium on Wednesday night.

Having gone five games, across all domestic competitions, without a win, co-coaches Cedric Kaze and Khalil Ben Youssef had hoped to help their team get maximum points.

However, it turned out to be another frustrating evening for the supporters based on their reactions as sampled by Afrik-Foot.

Horrible tactics from the coaches

Nasreddine Nabi's curse continues. Apologies to him, and all will be well at Kaizer Chiefs – Lebzin

At this point, rather than pay everyone in the team with coloring pens or paint for all the drawings you've been doing for the past few years. Same sh*t, different season –  Black Guider

If this isn’t a reason to be concerned, then I don’t know. From the technical team to the players, there’s just no confidence at all. The players show no urgency, no hunger; they look uninterested; they don't have that winning/fighting spirit. Honestly, it doesn't even feel like we have a team – Lucas Kagiso

Awful performance from players and horrible tactics from the coaches; the day we realise that the issue is management, the better. What did we expect after buying only free agents? We threw Nabi under the bus for this. Players have no passion for the badge – Thapelo

Do these players even score at training, or do they play with those small poles with no keeper – Sande Worldwide

This is our second-worst game this season

I don’t know what it will take for the management to see that we need a coach. This stopgap situation is not going to work – Ndlombango ka Tomase

From the outside looking in, you have no choice but to start integrating your new signings from here onwards. You have stuck to a certain core, and neither the results nor the performances have been convincing. Nkanyiso Shinga, Ethan Chislett, Lebohang Maboe, Asanele Velebayi, and Luke Baartman can’t be any worse than this –  Yoza Qoshe

It is time we are taken seriously, and an experienced coach comes in to lead the team. Based on where we are currently and our ambitions for CAF football, Pitso Mosimane is the right man for the job. I'm tired of plumbers coming from overseas. I want a coach who has a blue blueprint for winning things – Sanele

We are going nowhere with these guys. Cedric Kaze and Khalil Ben Youssef, why would you bench Khanyiso Mayo and start with Etiosa Ighodaro, who hasn't played a game since May? Should have started with Mayo and introduced him. In the case of Sirino, they should have tried Asanele Velabayi! They don't know what they are doing – Jabzin

This is our second-worst game this season, after the Sekhukhune United game. The coaches got it wrong from the first 11. There was no reason to bench Bradley Cross if you knew Inacio Miguel was not 100%. Why was Wandile Duba playing wing when you have Velebayi? Brandon Petersen is the only reason we didn't lose – Mkomazi Sara
