Karim Kimvuidi, Orlando Pirates' attacking midfielder, is understood to be a target for Algerian outfit JS Kabylie, according to FARPost.
The DRC international joined the Buccaneers two seasons ago from Maritzburg United (now rebranded as Durban City FC) following their relegation.
Kimvuidi's impact has been limited by game time; in his first season (2023/24), he started eight of 22 appearances, scoring twice, while his second campaign saw him start just twice in 15 matches, netting one goal.
Kabylie, in search of an attacking midfielder, has identified Kimvuidi, but FARPost sources suggest they are reluctant to spend heavily. It remains to be seen if they will formally approach Pirates.
Meanwhile, ‘The Sea Robbers’ as Pirates are well-known, are undergoing a substantial squad overhaul.

ORLANDO PIRATES’ SQUAD OVERHAUL
They've released captain Innocent Maela, who reportedly declined a non-playing role, despite his recent involvement in inducting new players alongside club legends like Tebogo Moloi and Edward Motale.
Miguel Timm also left after three seasons and is linked with Sekhukhune United. Additionally, Paseka Mako and Thabo Monyane have departed, surprisingly unveiled as new Kaizer Chiefs signings.
On the other hand, Pirates have made significant new additions, bringing in Sipho Mbule, Sihle Nduli, Kabelo Kgositsile, Yanela Mbuthuma, Tshepang Moremi, Sinoxolo Kwayiba, Nkosikhona Ndaba, Masindi Nemtajela, Tshepho Mashiloane, and Oswin Appollis.
These strategic moves highlight the club's ambition to refine their roster for the upcoming campaign.
In the coming days, Ezimnyama Ngenkani will jet out to Spain to hold their pre-season camp under the tutelage of their new coach Abdeslam Ouaddou.
