Morocco advanced to the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) semi-final after a 2-0 win over Cameroon on Friday night.

It was a tough game marred with controversy as the Indomitable Lions, seemingly genuine penalty calls, didn’t go their way. As Cameroon bowed out of the biennial competition, the Atlas Lions stayed on course for their first title in 50 years.
