VAR introduction: ‘Sundowns won’t dominate, Chiefs would still be trophyless & Pirates won’t win Cup for 20 years’

South Africa’s Minister of Sports, Gayton McKenzie, assured Mzansi that the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) will finally be introduced next season.

This will be a massive step in ensuring that human error is reduced or eliminated from the beautiful game in the country. There have been concerns by the coaches and fans about the level of officiating in the Premier Soccer League.
