En déplacement en Côte d’Ivoire ce mercredi, le Raja Casablanca a signé une excellente opération en s’imposant 1-0 sur le terrain de l’ASEC Mimosas à l’occasion de la 3e journée de la Coupe de la CAF. Ce succès permet aux Marocains de virer en tête de la poule A avec un point d’avance sur Vita Club et Aduana Stars et deux sur leur victime du jour.
Ce match a basculé sur un coup de sang du portier des Mimos, Abdoul Cisse, qui a adressé un coup de coude dans le dos d’un adversaire, récoltant un carton rouge. Dans la foulée, l'arbitre a sifflé un penalty en faveur des visiteurs et la sentence a été transformée par Mahmoud Benhalib face à un joueur de champ obligé de prendre place dans le but (75e sp). Voilà qui suffit au bonheur de l’Aigle Vert, sauvé deux fois par ses montants dans les dernières minutes. Rageant pour l'ASEC…
