Former Arsenal and Atletico Madrid midfielder Lucas Torreira has lauded Victor Osimhen’s work rate following Galatasaray’s 7-5 win over Juventus, Afrik Foot reports.
The 34-year-old played all 90 minutes in the first leg at RAMS Park as Galatasaray sealed a 5-2 win over the Bianconeri.
The second leg’s story wasn’t the same as Juventus overturned the three-goal deficit, but Osimhen and Baris Asper Yilmaz helped Okan Buruk’s side grab two goals to send them to the UEFA Champions League round of sixteen.

After the game, the former Arsenal man spoke in his interview, lauding Osimhen’s attributes away from goalscoring.
“Everyone is happy for the team in this moment, and for Victor too as well. He deserves everything that comes his way because he works really hard,” Torreira said in an interview with TNT Sports.

“He dedicates so much to the team, and obviously, as a teammate, I love sharing a dressing room with him.
“We know that in these types of games, he’s always very prepared. He’s always in and around trying to make something happen, and he found his goal,” the ex-Fiorentina man concluded.
