Super Eagles midfielder Fisayo Dele-Bashiru has been linked with a move away from Lazio this summer, Afrik-Foot reports.
The 25-year-old midfielder joined the Biancocelesti from Hatayspor in 2024, and it has been a topsy-turvy ride so far. He has featured in 57 appearances for the club, recording seven goals and four assists.
He has had periods when he has had to play a peripheral role, but there have also been times when he has been a regular.

Last summer and in the January transfer window, there was speculation about a possible exit. English Premier League club Sunderland was even touted as a possible destination, but the club decided to keep him.
This summer, his future remains uncertain, as there has also been talk about a possible move.
Manchester United were rumored to be keeping tabs on him last month, but there has been no credible suggestion that the Red Devils will place a bid this summer.
However, in a fresh development, per Laziali, newly promoted Serie A club Venezia are looking to move for Dele-Bashiru.

The Leoni Alati have been busy this summer as they look to shape up for life in the top tier of Italian football, and Dele-Bashiru could be a very valuable addition.
Why Venezia Transfer Looks Feasible For Fisayo Dele-Bashiru
According to Laziali, Venezia are eager to sign Dele-Bashiru, and the move could very well happen.
First of all, Dele-Bashiru’s two years at Lazio have been unstable. Originally an attacking midfielder, he has had to play in different positions across the midfield. But if Venezia can guarantee him a bit of consistency playing in his preferred position, he will likely consider the transfer.

Also, the Biancocelesti are under a new coach, Gennaro Gattuso, and it is unknown whether Dele-Bashiru will play a key role under the Italian tactician. If Venezia can convince him that he will be a key part of the project, he could consider the move.
Every player would always prioritize a transfer to a club where he gets regular minutes, and Lazio might not be able to guarantee that.
Finally, with just two years left on his contract, Venezia can afford to sign Dele-Bashiru. He is currently valued at €6 million on Transfermarkt, and Lazio won’t demand double that amount before sanctioning a sale.
If they can strike a deal with the player, agreeing on a price with Lazio should not be a problem.
