Galatasaray forward Noa Lang has explained why teammate Victor Osimhen looked frustrated even after their impressive 5-2 victory over Juventus in the Champions League, Afrik-Foot reports.
The Turkish champions produced one of their biggest European performances at RAMS Park in Istanbul, comfortably beating the Italian giants.
Although Osimhen played a major role by providing two assists and constantly troubling the Juventus defence, television cameras later showed him speaking animatedly to Lang after the final whistle.

The Nigerian striker had once again failed to score, following a similar situation in the league match against Eyuspor days earlier. Images showed Osimhen pointing towards the penalty area while discussing with his teammate, raising questions about what had happened during the game.

Lang explains Victor Osimhen’s reaction
Lang later revealed that Osimhen wanted more crosses delivered into the box so he could add his name to the scoresheet.
According to the Dutch forward, the situation was simply a difference in tactical thinking rather than any serious disagreement. With Juventus reduced to ten men during the match, Galatasaray chose to slow the tempo and keep possession instead of constantly crossing the ball.

“He wanted us to cross more from the wing,” Lang explained as per Fotospor.
“I told him I’m always looking for him, but when we are one man ahead we must keep the ball and wait for the right moment. He’s a winner, I’m a winner too, the matter is already closed.”
Lang added that Osimhen still played a decisive role, providing the assist for his goal during the match.

Despite not scoring, Osimhen’s performances continue to attract attention across Europe. The Nigerian international has registered six goals and two assists in seven Champions League matches this season.
His strong form has reportedly drawn interest from major clubs including Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich, Atlético Madrid, and Juventus. It is solid proof that even on nights without goals, Osimhen remains one of Europe’s most closely watched strikers.
