Germany and Borussia Dortmund attacker Karim Adeyemi is garnering attention from several top-flight clubs ahead of a busy summer transfer window, Afrik Foot reports.
The 24-year-old had a topsy-turvy campaign under Nico Kovac at the Westfalen Stadion, starting just 15 of Die Schwarzgelben’s 34 Bundesliga games.
Across all competitions, Adeyemi was able to record 10 goals and eight assists. While that number is less than what he achieved last season, his potential is something a lot of big clubs are looking to tap into this summer, given he’s a very quick footballer.

Liverpool join PSG, Man United and Chelsea in Adeyemi pursuit
As per Team Talk, the 11-cap Germany International’s contract with Borussia Dortmund runs out next summer, and the chances of a new deal on the table are very low.
It was previously reported that Adeyemi fell out with Niko Kovac over his limited gametime, but the Croatian manager rubbished those claims.
“I firmly assume that he can become a truly great footballer if he adjusts certain things. But for that, he has to believe me a little more. He has to work on his accuracy, his meticulousness,” the former Bayern Munich coach said in quotes revealed by Goal.
“He has been given huge talent, now it’s about work, changing details and nuances that will move him forward. To do that, he has to use every minute of training,” Kovac said.

Borussia Dortmund are keen to avoid losing him on a free transfer next year, and are open to cashing in this summer if bids reach the €60-70million.
Chelsea and Manchester United have already registered their interest in the German International. Both sides view Adeyemi as a different profile to the attacking talents they already have at their disposal. His pace also makes him a prized asset for any team in the English Premier League.
Mo Salah is set to play his final Liverpool game this weekend against Brentford, and it is expected that the Reds will enter the transfer market to find a suitable replacement.
Arne Slot’s side spent over €400m to secure the services of Hugo Ekitike, Florian Wirtz, Alexander Isak and Milos Kerkez last summer, but the performance of the team didn’t reflect the amount they invested in the transfer market.
While Yan Diomande has been tipped to move to Anfield, Leipzig’s €110m demand makes Adeyemi a cheaper option.

Paris Saint-Germain arguably has the best attacking talents in Europe at the moment, but are keeping tabs on the Dortmund winger in case any of their players consider an exit.
As per Capology, Adeyemi earns €96,154 weekly, although that could go up to €120,192 with bonuses included. He’s now believed to be seeking a substantial wage package in the region of £150,000-£180,000 per week, reflecting his ambitions to play at the highest level.
