Super Eagles AFCON 2025 Schedule, Fixtures & Results

Published on by

The build-up to the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON 2025) is ramping up now, and the Super Eagles step into the tournament with a schedule that leaves no room to ease into the competition.

Fez will host the entire group C campaign, giving Nigeria a rare chance to stay in one city throughout the opening round. It is a small advantage, but at this level, even minor comforts can matter.

Tanzania present the first hurdle on 23 December, a match that should show early rhythm, cohesion, and how well the team handled camp. Tunisia are up next, a side that has crossed Nigeria’s path too many times to be dismissed as routine opposition.

A meeting with Uganda closes the group under the Fez floodlights, and by then the table should have taken full shape. Three games in eight days: the pace will be unforgiving.
