Super Eagles striker Kelechi Iheanacho was in good spirits after winning a maiden trophy with Celtic, Afrik Foot reports.
The 29-year-old joined the Hoops from Sevilla last summer after terminating his contract with the Spanish side. He had a good start to life in Scotland before his hamstring problems saw him lose his spot in the starting lineup.
Kelechi Iheanacho scored crucial goals in the build-up to the SPFL league decider against Hearts this evening, the most crucial being the 99th-minute winner against Motherwell a few days ago.

What Kelechi Iheanacho said after winning the SPFL with Celtic
The former Manchester City attacker came off the bench at the start of the second half after Arne Engel’s levelled the scores just before the break from the penalty spot.
Kelechi Iheanacho came close to scoring at Celtic Park, but he hit the woodwork twice.
Daizen Maeda and Callum Osmand then scored to seal a 56th Scottish Premiership title for Martin O’Neill’s side.

“It feels good; It feels so good that I can’t let go of this trophy,” the former Leicester City forward told Sky Sports Scotland after winning the sixth major title of his career.
“Coming on knowing we needed a goal was a lot of tension, and the pressure was massive, but we knew what we needed to do since they were a very strong side.
“The god of soccer was on our side today. It’s another silverware for me since I’ve not won one in a while,” Iheanacho concluded.
